Food Vendor Registration


In its eighth year, The Made in Ohio Art & Craft Festival features Ohio artisans, local food and all that Hale Farm & Village has to offer! Our guests enjoy the art festival as well as the grounds, buildings and period craft demonstrations at Hale Farm & Village. Last year’s attendance reached 12,000!
 
We are accepting applications for food vendors for SATURDAY and SUNDAY, September 2 & 3. Your application for providing food is not approved until it is accepted by our committee. Our goal is to provide an offering of foods that will satisfy the festival attendees.
 
This is the application that food vendors will use for food that is consumed at the festival. For bottled sauces, jams and produce (items that would not be typically consumed while wandering the show), please use the non-food vendor application.
  
Please note: if you cannot stay within the space provided, please select the next larger booth space. If you are not selected, your booth free with be refunded, minus the application fee. There are no refunds of booth fees.
 
  • 5 x 10 foot booth space    $125 plus $20 application fee = $145 total
  • 10 x 10 foot booth space  $225 plus $20 application fee = $245 total
  • 10 x 15 foot booth space  $325 plus $20 application fee = $345 total
  • 10 x 20 foot booth space  $425 plus $20 application fee = $445 total

Deadline for applications: May 1, 2017 (or until spaces are filled).
 
Please list your menu selections, including pricing of the items you intend to sell in the comments field below. We understand that you may need to substitute or change pricing as market prices fluctuate, but we need to have an understanding of what you will be offering to avoid duplication with other vendors:
 
Release of Liability Agreement
Vendor shall indemnify and hold WRHS and the Property (Hale Farm & Village) free and harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the death or injury of any person or persons, or from the damage or destruction of any property or properties, arising out of, caused by or in connection with the MIO event by vendor, its agents, subcontractors, laborers and/or employees unless caused in part by any act or omission of WRHS or the property. If WRHS is named as or joined as a party to any litigation instituted by or against vendor(other than an action by Vendor against WRHS or the property), Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless WRHS and the property from and against any and all expenses, claims, damages, liabilities, losses and/or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by WRHS or the property in connection therewith unless such damages are determined to be the result of WRHS’s or the properties acts or omissions.
