Artist Registration for the 16th Annual art-A-palooza 2020

Date: Saturday, August 15, 2020, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Location: Boettler Park, 5300 Massillon Road, Green, Ohio

Fees:

  • Non-refundable Jury Fee - $10.00, this covers the online registration process. Paid at time of application.
  • 10x10 Outdoor space (artist provides tent) - $90.00
  • 10x10 Space in Community Tent - $150.00 (limited availability and limited electrical service available).

Deadline: Applications MUST be submitted no later than April 15, 2020.

Selection: The juried show will include no more than 150 artists. Notification of acceptance will be by April 30, 2020.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds after July 15, 2020.

Absolutes: No Pets allowed with exception to service animals - No alcoholic, drugs or weapons. Display areas must NOT be dismantled prior to 5:00 pm. ALL ARTISTS MUST BE PRESENT AT THEIR BOOTH DURING SHOW HOURS.

Liability: The Green Arts Council and the City of Green are not responsible for thefts, loss or damage to displays and/or work or personal injury to any participant or helper.
