The Hudson Society of Artists is pleased to announce its 40th Annual Art On the Green. This year's show will again be held outdoors on the South Green of beautiful, historic Hudson, Ohio (located at the Corner of Rt. 91 and Ravenna Road just south of Rt. 303).

You are invited to submit images of your work for consideration. Please complete the online registration process below and submit the $20 non-refundable jury fee, on or before May 1st, 2020. Entries submitted after the cut-off date will not be accepted.

Entries will be judged by a screening committee. Your uploaded images must be representative of all work you plan to offer for sale at the show. After your work has been accepted to the show, you will be contacted by email to submit your $180 entry fee to reserve your booth. Jury results will be announced on or before the May 1, 2020.

ELIGIBILITY: All work must be original and the work of the exhibitor. Molds, craft kits, etc. from commercially produced products will not be accepted. No buy/sell work items will be permitted. Artist must be present with his/her work for the duration of the show.

SPACES: A space of approx. 12' front x 15' deep will be assigned and reserved for exhibiting artists at the cost of $180. Exhibitors must supply their own tent and booth furnishings and are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their area after the show. All tents must be certified flame resistant by the manufacturer.

SECURITY: You may leave your display unit overnight (not your art work). There will be an all night security guard to protect them. You can set up your booth Friday, the 25th after 12:00 PM, if you choose. HSA will not be responsible for any loss or damage but will take every precaution to secure the area. Overnight security will be provided on the 25th and 26th.

Application Terms & Conditions

As an entrant to the 40th 'Art on the Green' show, I accept the decision of the Jury of Selection as final, and will exhibit per regulations if selected. I will also allow my work to be used for advertising purposes by The Hudson Society of Artists in conjunction with the show.

I hereby release Hudson Society of Artists, its members, the owners, employees, staff, managers, art festival director, and associates from any and all responsibility, personal liability (injury), loss damage or legal action that may arise or occur to me, my goods, property or the public from any condition whatsoever during the preparation and set-up and duration of the art festival exhibit under this agreement. I am solely responsible for the selling of my items and any other conduct of business. I am solely responsible for my person and property during said exhibit. This application for entry constitutes an agreement on my part that I accept the above said statements as detailed. I also confirm that the work entered and exhibited is created by me, as permitted under the Hudson Society of Artists' requirements.
