Vendor Registration for the Twisted WilderFest

What: Twisted WilderFest is a pop-up festival of makers and nature within Southgate Park and the Twisted Olive property.  Enjoy all types of crafts, homemade products, food, beer and wine, activities, and entertainment! Sponsored by Green Arts Council, the City of Green and the Twisted Olive.

When: Saturday, October 5, 2019, Festival 11:00am - 7:00pm, Artists 11:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Twisted Olive & Southgate Park, 5300 Massillon Rd. Green, Ohio 44720 (parking at Boettler Park only)

Cost: $10 non-refundable registration fee, $90 booth fee due upon acceptance. No refunds after September 13, 2019.

Jury results will be announced on or around September 9, 2019.

 


 

Requirements:

  • All work must be created by applicant.
  • Display areas must NOT be dismantled prior to 6:00pm. Show held rain or shine.
  • Artists must provide their own tent.
  • ALL MAKERS MUST BE PRESENT AT THEIR BOOTH DURING SHOW HOURS.

 

Liability: The Green Arts Council, the City of Green and the Twisted Olive are not responsible for thefts, loss or damage to displays and/or work or personal injury to any participant or helper.
