Artist Registration for the 2024 Gordonston Art Fair

Registration for this event closes in 1 month, 1 week, 4 days on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.


Welcome to a Gordonston tradition, the hosting of juried local and regional artists and artisans in the beautiful setting of the Juliette Gordon Low Park in Savannah’s historic Gordonston neighborhood.

Only online applications will be accepted. The registration fee is $15.00. If accepted, the booth fee is $85.00.

Application deadline is July 31th, 2024; however, artists will be informed in a timely manner whether they have been selected so that they may plan accordingly. Although the deadline is July 31th, spaces may fill up before that time. We will close/extend submissions at our discretion. We will keep artists on a waitlist in the event spaces become available.

Exhibitor Information

Each exhibitor display space will be 12’x12’. Spaces will be allocated at the discretion of the Art Fair organizers. Requests will be considered and met whenever possible. Electrical service is not available.

Acceptance is based upon the quality and originality of the work as well as on booth presentation.

To ensure a balanced and varied selection of exhibitors, we will limit the number of exhibitors accepted in any single media or genre.

  • All work must be original fine art or handmade craft that is created by the exhibiting artist, limited reproductions of original work are acceptable.
  • Artists must exhibit and be present with their work for the duration of the event. No dealers or agents are allowed.
  • Artists may only display work that is approved by the Jury. The committee reserves the right to ask exhibitors to remove objectional items. Our festival is a family-friendly event.
  • Artists are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, display racks, etc.
  • Tents and displays must be secured (stakes allowed) and able to withstand strong winds and all-weather conditions – we are a rain or shine event.
  • Artist booths must remain open for the duration of the event. No early teardowns
  • Artist vehicles must be off the park grounds by 7:00 pm on Friday, September 27th and by 9:30 am on Saturday, September 28th and are not permitted to return until after 4:00 pm on Saturday. It is required that to avoid congestion, artists completely teardown their booths before bringing in vehicles for load in.

Terms & Conditions

As an entrant to The Gordonston Art Fair I accept the decision of the Jury of Selection as final and will exhibit per regulations if selected. I will also allow my work to be used for advertising purposes by The Gordonston Art Fair Association.
I hereby release The Gordonston Art Fair Association, its members, art festival director, and associates from any and all responsibility, personal liability (injury), loss damage or legal action that may arise or occur to me, my goods, my property or to the public from any condition whatsoever during the preparation, set-up, tear-down and duration of the art fair under this agreement. I am solely responsible for the selling of my items and any other conduct of my business. I am solely responsible for my person and my property during said event. This application for entry constitutes an agreement on my part that I accept the above statements as detailed. I also confirm that the work entered and exhibited is created by me and that the work I bring will be similar to the images I submitted in quality and style.  I further attest that I have read, accept and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations outlined on the "Exhibitor Information" and "Application Process" pages.  I understand that if I am accepted for the festival, my booth fee is due within 30 days of acceptance. I also understand that I, as the artist, must be present for the duration of the event.
