Vendor Registration for the Twisted WilderFest 2024

What: Twisted WilderFest is a pop-up festival of makers and nature within Southgate Park and the Twisted Olive property.  Enjoy all types of crafts, homemade products, food, beer and wine (can purchase at Twisted Olive), activities, and entertainment! Sponsored by the City of Green and the Twisted Olive.

When: Saturday, September 28, 2024, Festival 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Location: Twisted Olive & Southgate Park, 5300 Massillon Rd. Green, Ohio 44720. Vendors will be shuttled to the vendor parking area within Southgate Park after set-up. You will also be shuttled back to your car during tear-down.

Cost: $10 non-refundable registration fee due upon submission of this application, booth fee due upon acceptance; $90 for drive-up access. No refunds after July 15, 2024.  One lunch is included with your application fee. An additional lunch may be added for $15 below. The total cost of booth space is $105.00.

Registration deadline is August 18, 2024. Acceptance results will be announced before August 18, 2024.

 


 

Requirements:

  • All work must be created by applicant.
  • Display areas must NOT be dismantled prior to 5:00pm. Show held rain or shine.
  • Artists must provide their own tent, tables, etc.
  • ALL MAKERS MUST BE PRESENT AT THEIR BOOTH DURING SHOW HOURS.

 

Liability: The City of Green and the Twisted Olive are not responsible for thefts, loss or damage to displays and/or work or personal injury to any participant or helper.

I further attest that I have read, accept and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations outlined on the Twisted WilderFest Exhibitor Information and Application sheets. I furthermore understand that failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event. I furthermore understand that if I am accepted for the festival, my booth fee is due within 14 days of acceptance. I understand that I, the artist, must remain in my booth.
